Shipping policy
Orders are shipped from Canada, from either British Columbia or Ontario. Some orders may be shipped from multiple locations if the items you ordered are not all available at one location.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Canadian statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders that include items labeled as Pre-order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after we received the item(s) from our supplier. An ETA (estimated time of arrival), when available, will be displayed on the product page.
All shipping times are estimates, most shipping companies are still experiencing some delays due to Covid-19 safety restrictions.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Vancouver (1739 Main St) or Victoria (101-1029 View St) store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up usually within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours differ per location, please check your "Order Ready" email for your store's specific hours.
Shipping within Canada
Orders over $200 CAD (before discounts and taxes) will have a Free Shipping option.
A paid shipping option is displayed for all orders.
We ship using Canada Post or UPS, and each order will include a tracking number.

Shipping to the USA
Orders over $299 USD (before discounts) will have a Free Shipping option.
Orders are shipped with USPS, Canada Post or UPS and will include a tracking number.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shop-task.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Read our full Refund Policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shop-task.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
