Exchanges, Returns and Refunds


We ship with Canada Post and offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Canada using their Expetited service, which usually takes 3 - 10 business days.  We offer Xpresspost shipping which takes 1 - 3 business days.

Orders placed between Sunday and midnight Thursday (EST) are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt and always before the weekend. All orders received after midnight Thursday (EST) will be shipped the following Monday. Express packages are given priority and in most cases, go out the same business day.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds


Please read "sending items back to us"  below for instructions. All items (excluding Final Sale items, Clearance items, or items on sale for over 25% off) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all shipping costs are not refundable and a 10% restocking fee will apply. The balance will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account within 5 business days of receipt of the item at the Shop Task. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that if you used a gift certificate to make your purchase, the refund amount will go back onto your gift certificate.


Please read "sending items back to us" below for instructions. All items, except for Final Sale Items, are eligible for exchange for another item or store credit within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for all return shipping costs (shipping item(s) back to us and us re-shipping item(s) back to you). We will contact you with the shipping total before we charge your credit card.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Items / Items Returned To Us

If the package is undeliverable and returned to us, an additional shipping fee will apply to re-send unless we are at fault.

Sending Items Back To Us

Before you send back any merchandise, you must contact us via email or phone. We ask that you return the merchandise in the same condition, unworn with tags intact. Please pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned to us. We suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Please address the packages as follows, depending on where the item was purchased.
